Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the shipping address. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time:
We roast all coffee to order to ensure that you receive the freshest possible beans. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, but may take up to 3-4 business days during peak times.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out and you will receive a confirmation via email. Shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders will arrive within 3-5 business days after being shipped.
Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the Shipping Company. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving any issues that arise with your shipment. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Address:
Please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delivery Issues:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
